Wildfire Cigar Co.

Wildfire Cigar Co. was started by Jeremy McDonald, the former National Sales Manager for Caldwell Cigars. He worked with Caldwell for a long time and spearheaded some of their finest releases. McDonald started Wildfire as a way to create unique cigars, that he favored, seeking the help of his favorite factories all over the world. Wildfire is known for their eccentric tradeshow booths, along with blends you wouldn’t normally see elsewhere.

Wildfire released their first two blends around September 2021, The Single and the Revivalist, the former being the first limited edition with only 750 boxes made. Both of the cigars were created by Joya De Nicaragua, where most Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust cigars are rolled.

Wildfire then followed up with another set of two cigars released at TPE in 2023. The second limited edition cigars come as part one of a three-part series called “The Intro”. We know Wildfire will be releasing “The Hook” and “The Breakdown” in the future. Wildfire’s second core line release, The Wanderer is a perfect expression of Jeremy’s palate, rolled at FCT, Cavalier Geneve’s Honduran factory, this cigar is very nuanced, with exceptionally bold notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and a smooth but smoky charred oak retrohale.
