Apostate Death Mask — A San Andrés Maduro Rebellion. Only 250 Boxes Made.

Apostate Death Mask Robusto cigar on its black Death Mask box, limited to 250 boxes, at Luxury Cigar Club

The first cigar to come out of a new partnership between Utah-born Apostate Cigars and Oveja Negra Brands is here, and it is tiny in number. Only 250 boxes of 20 exist worldwide, and pre-orders are open now.

Death Mask is rolled at Fábrica Oveja Negra in Estelí, the same boutique operation behind Black Label Trading Co. That pedigree shows in a dark, oily Robusto built for smokers who like their maduro with some muscle.

Wrapper: Mexican San Andrés Maduro
Binder: Ecuadorian
Filler: Nicaraguan
Strength: Full
Vitola: Robusto (5½ x 48)
Price: $102.00 (5 Pack) / $408.00 (Box of 20)
Ships: Mid-October 2026

Expect dark chocolate and espresso up front, with the San Andrés leaf adding natural sweetness and dark earth. Leather settles in through the middle third, and the finish runs long and warming right to the band.

With production capped at 250 boxes, this is one to lock in early rather than hunt for later.
