Wrapper: US Connecticut Broadleaf

Binder: Nicaraguan

Filler: Nicaraguan

Profile: Full

Pete Johnson’s Tatuaje is one of the most iconic independent cigar brands in America, built on a foundation of bold Nicaraguan tobacco and a deep partnership with the Garcia family at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí. Among the most celebrated and collectible releases in the Tatuaje catalog is the Redux Monsters series, a collection of re releases of the original Monster Series cigars, each presented in Halloween themed coffin shaped boxes with updated blends that expand and evolve the originals.

The Jason Redux 6 is the sixth installment in the Redux Monsters series, returning one of the most powerful and sought after cigars in Tatuaje history. The original Jason was built on the Fausto/Avion blend, one of Tatuaje’s strongest releases at the time of its debut. The Redux 6 carries that same DNA: a 7½ x 52 vitola with a US Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, delivering the rich, full bodied character that made the original Jason a legend.

The Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper brings dark, earthy richness, natural sweetness, and a depth that the blend’s Nicaraguan core amplifies into something commanding and complex. Expect notes of dark earth, leather, espresso, dried fruit, and a long, satisfying finish with a natural sweetness from the Broadleaf leaf that builds beautifully to the end.

Each box of 13 is presented in Tatuaje’s signature coffin style Halloween packaging. Of the 5,000 total boxes, 666 are sequentially numbered and 34 are marked XX, typically reserved for special occasions. Total production: 5,000 boxes of 13 (65,000 cigars). Ships early October 2026.
