Warped Cigars has teased the newest, and smallest, addition to its Isla del Cocodrilo lineup: the Croc Bites, a 4½ x 45 box-pressed petite torpedo designed to deliver the line’s signature flavor in a bold, compact vitola. Announced via Instagram, Croc Bites expands the young but fast-growing Cocodrilo family with a size perfect for short, concentrated smoking sessions without sacrificing depth or character.
If Croc Bites follow the original Isla del Cocodrilo blend, they feature an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, dual binders of Ecuadorian Habano 2000 and Brazilian Arapiraca, and Nicaraguan fillers; a complex, layered recipe crafted at Tabacalera La iSLA in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Known for small-batch precision and boutique craftsmanship, La iSLA brings Warped’s signature “refined yet lively” style to this compact torpedo.
The line takes its name from the nickname for Cuba: Isla del Cocodrilo, or “Crocodile Island,” referencing the island’s distinctive shape. Initially launched with two vitolas at the 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show, the series quickly gained traction among Warped fans for its balance of sweetness, spice, and aromatic complexity.
While a larger 6½ x 54 Toro Grande was recently previewed at InterTabac 2025 for international markets, complete with a filler update adding Peruvian pelo de oro for extra sweetness, the Croc Bites appear poised to join the core U.S. lineup as the most compact version yet.
More details are expected, but early excitement already marks Croc Bites as one of Warped’s most intriguing upcoming releases.
