The 1593 line, a reference to the year tobacco cultivation was first documented in Europe, represents Lampert's most ambitious expression of blending artistry, built on a foundation of the legendary Kelner Family Reserve mother blend.

The Edición Oscura is crafted at the Kelner Boutique Factory (KBF) in the Dominican Republic, the workshop of master blender Hendrik Kelner Jr., one of the most respected names in Dominican tobacco. Wrapped in a beautiful Ecuadorian Habano HVA leaf over a Dominican Monte Plata binder, the four leaf filler draws from four countries, Dominican Criollo 98, Dominican Habano 2000, Mexican San Andrés, and Pennsylvania Ligero, creating a blend of remarkable depth, complexity, and full throttle character.

From the first draw, expect an explosion of dark chocolate, roasted espresso, black pepper, cedar, leather, and earth. As the cigar develops, layers of natural sweetness, dried fruit, baking spices, and toasted nuts emerge. The Pennsylvania Ligero delivers sustained strength and intensity throughout, while the Dominican tobaccos contribute elegance and balance.
