EGM Cigars is the project of Ettore Moraschinelli, an Italian born cigar enthusiast whose brand, produced at ABAM Cigars S.R.L. in the Dominican Republic, is built on a philosophy of elegance, restraint, and the revival of forgotten cigar formats. EGM made its United States debut at the 2026 PCA Convention & Trade Show, where the brand’s distinctive aesthetic and all Dominican blends immediately drew attention from serious collectors and enthusiasts.

The EGM Ninfa Jar is a once in a generation release built around one of the rarest vitola formats in the premium cigar world. The Ninfa measures 7 x 34, long, slender, and demanding extraordinary skill to roll with consistency. It is a format that was commonplace in the golden age of Cuban cigar culture and has all but disappeared from the modern market. “Ninfas are a dream come true,” said Moraschinelli. “These elegant cigars speak to us about a bygone era. It’s a size that asks you to slow down and listen to the leaf.”

The blend is 100% Dominican, using tobaccos aged a minimum of three years. The filler is seco dominant with a touch of ligero, a construction that delivers a smooth, nuanced smoking experience with enough complexity to reward extended attention across what will be a long, leisurely smoke. These are “specially selected” Ninfas, hand chosen for consistency and quality before being placed in the jar.

The presentation is extraordinary. Each jar is handmade in Italy, a deep navy ceramic vessel with gold Art Nouveau botanical motifs featuring the EGM Ninfa branding. Each jar is individually numbered out of 500. This is not a humidor accessory. It is a collector’s object that contains 50 exceptional cigars.
