The Cubo Maduro pays respect to my good friend Gonzalo Puente, and his palate, specifically. The impetus of the cigar is his love for Cuban Seed Habano and obsession with Seco leaf heavy blends. Particularly, their leasing and complex aroma. Every element in the band and packaging design are nods to Gonzalo’s Cuban origins. To the elegance of traditional cigars and to my own fascination with them.

Decadent semi-sweet chocolate, sweetened and braced by a seasoned cedar. Complex citrus characteristics play with anise notes on the palate. Through the retrohale and on the finish are additional bold floral components..
