Blood Medicine B-Positive LE 2026 returns with an expanded release featuring three vitolas that showcase a darker and more intense expression of the blend.

This version replaces the original Habano wrapper with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper while maintaining the core blend of an Ecuadorian Connecticut seed binder and Nicaraguan fillers, creating a richer and more robust smoking experience. The cigars are produced at Eradio Pichardo’s TacaNicsa factory in Nicaragua, and each size is limited to just 800 boxes of 21 cigars, making this a highly limited offering.

First introduced in 2015 as an event only cigar, Blood Medicine has grown into a cult favorite among cigar enthusiasts. The B Positive LE 2026 is available in three sizes, 5 x 52, 5 1/2 x 56, and 6 x 54, allowing smokers to experience the blend in formats suited for different occasions. The name pays tribute to the historic Merchants Hotel in Nashville, where the phrase “Blood Medicine” can still be seen on the wall of what is now the Merchants Restaurant, tying the cigar to a unique piece of musical and cultural history.
