The Tatuaje Skinny Hyde brings the twisted duality of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde into the refined 6 x 38 petite lancero format, offering a focused, flavorful interpretation of one of the most memorable Monster Series blends. Inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1886 novella, The Hyde was originally introduced as the darker, more intense counterpart to The Jekyll. The Skinny edition mirrors that identity while sharpening the profile through its slim, elegant vitola.

Wrapped in a reddish-brown Ecuadorian Sumatra leaf, the Skinny Hyde uses Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos and is crafted at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua. The blend delivers a medium profile, marked by layers of creamy oak, lemongrass, dark chocolate, espresso, hay, leather, cinnamon, and gritty earth. Retrohales introduce white pepper and soft almond, while a vanilla sweetness builds steadily and becomes the dominant note past the halfway mark.

Construction is excellent, with a smooth draw, reliable burn, and satisfying smoke output. Strength settles comfortably at medium, allowing the complexity of the flavors to shine without overpowering the palate.

Part of the 10,000 Skinny Monster samplers and also released in 400 boxes of 25 cigars, the Skinny Hyde remains one of the most distinctive expressions in the Skinny Monsters lineup.
