La Flor Dominicana is one of the most celebrated cigar brands in the Dominican Republic, a family operation built on the Gomez family’s own estate at La Canela, where they grow, ferment, and age their own tobacco from seed. Litto Gomez’s relentless obsession with quality and his son Tony’s blending talent have produced some of the most distinctive and sought after releases in the premium cigar world. Few releases define LFD more than the Andalusian Bull, a 6½ x 52/64 perfecto that was celebrated for its exceptional construction and the long, complex smoking experience its unique tapering format delivers.

The Andalusian Bull 10th Anniversary Maduro marks a decade since the original release, and honors it by pushing the blend into new territory. The iconic perfecto shape is preserved exactly, but the Ecuadorian wrapper of the original is replaced by a US Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro, bringing additional darkness, depth, and natural sweetness to a blend already renowned for its complexity.

Beneath the Broadleaf wrapper, the binder and filler are comprised entirely of estate grown tobaccos from LFD’s own La Canela farm, specifically from the 2016 harvest, meticulously fermented and aged for a decade before being rolled into this release. “The Andalusian Bull 10th Anniversary Maduro respects the blend of its predecessor,” said the company, “while offering a layer of depth and richness that creates a familiar yet distinctive smoking experience.”

Expect the hallmarks of great LFD blending throughout: rich earth, dark chocolate, leather, espresso, and a natural sweetness from the Broadleaf wrapper that evolves beautifully across the long, tapered perfecto smoke. The unique 52/64 perfecto format opens with a broader draw at the foot and concentrates toward the head, delivering a smoking experience that builds in intensity and complexity from first light to the final inch.

Limited to 50,000 cigars worldwide, 5,000 boxes of 10. Ships October, 2026.
