Two years after Catastrophic Failure earned a 90-point nod from Halfwheel and vanished, Powstanie is making it permanent. The blend returns as the brand's fifth core line — now simply called Sumatra — debuting at PCA 2026 with pre-orders shipping mid June.

Made at Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño, the four-country recipe smokes smoother than its passport suggests: cedar and roasted nuts up front, baking spice and pepper in the middle, and a subtle sweetness that carries the finish.
