Posted on June 11 2026
After six decades of making cigars in Honduras, Gran Habano has finally made a cigar entirely of Honduras. The Persian King Omega Omega is the brand's first all-Honduran puro, with every leaf harvested from the Rico family's own farms during the 2023–2024 crop.

True estate-grown terroir comes through from the first third: cedar and dark earth lay the foundation, leather and toasted nuts develop through the middle, and a lingering pepper spice rides the finish. It smokes a step stronger and more layered than the original Persian King line.
Limited to 2,000 boxes of 50, this is a landmark release from one of Honduras's most storied cigar families — and at under $9 a stick, one of the year's easiest recommendations.
